IF train 2

We arrived at Paddington station! While the doggy's cuddled with their old friend...

...I gave a show for Sasa!

IF-wild

A word about Wild

This was my inspiration:

This is the bedroom of Max:

In his imagination trees are growing from the bedpoles till he is in a big forest

and free to go where ever he wants to. He sails to the island where the Wild Things are:

In my version I have my own cast: the doggies and my two friends Rob & Ros.

Rob has  recently painted a toad, so his Wild Thing is toadlike.

Ros made birds from textile, so she ride on a Wild Bird Thing.

to be continued...

This is a recipe I made for http://www.theydrawandcook.com/recipes/green-beans-in-garlic-by-hedwig-meischke
It's just as if the beans dive in the sea of simmering garlic to take a swim!

IF eye glasses

I have these magical hope & fantasy eye glasses. When I stare at the black soil in my garden,
I see the jungle that can sprout.

IF talent & yesterday

My sister in law is a very talented cleaning queen. She came to help me with the house.

So yesterday it was all smudgymudgy, now it is shinyfiny

IF whisper

trying to ignore the dog whispering

be it with tailsor with eyes

IF wool

I thought about wool
and being a sheep
warm and cosy,
but then in the summer
the wool is hot,
and the sheep needs
to be shaved. So...

I thought about shaving and what a time consuming business it is

I want a nice furry pelt that's good winter and summer! so I knitted my dog a nice woolen sweater

and I took his beautiful coat

but that scared my little one

so back to the shave...

IF storm

sometimes, when sleep is supposed to be, night storms in my head

IF wheel

IF-wings

My friends and I living so far apart, me Hedwig, Rossichka and Berto the Bard
so I made us wings, or at least some things to fly, so we can meet in the sky.

IF- Myth

IF ocean

ocean, and the fear of the deep and the dark and the drowning

new / old

Inventing a new look, that is funnier, more special, original and modern...
well uhmm, it didn't work. It just wasn't there.
So I said to myself: Put on your glasses and go back to work!

And that's what we did.

IF Edge (and still working on New)

An old drawing, but rather 'edgy'
